Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice according to the terms of the contract.
Upon termination:

The client must pay any outstanding balance.

M2R Marketing will deliver any completed work up to the termination date.

Ongoing access to software, reports, or campaigns will end once the contract is closed.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Montréal, Québec.
